At Bear Hug Adventures Co., we’re on a mission to spread kindness and comfort—one hug at a time. Each preloved stuffie we send out has been lovingly cleaned, restored, and prepared for its next adventure.

Because our stuffies are second-hand and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. We take great care to ensure each item is accurately described and photographed so you know exactly what you’re getting.

That said, your satisfaction means the world to us. If your order arrives damaged or if we've made a mistake with your shipment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bearhugadventures.ca with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right.
