📦 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after purchase. Each stuffie is packaged with love and care to ensure it arrives ready for snuggles.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery

We currently ship across Canada using trusted carriers.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your stuffie’s journey home.

🌎 International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Canada. Stay tuned—we hope to offer international shipping in the future!

📬 Packaging

To keep shipping costs and our environmental footprint low, we may use recycled packaging when possible. Some stuffies may be gently compressed (vacuum-sealed) for more efficient delivery—but don’t worry, they fluff right back up!

🐻 Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact hello@bearhugadventures.ca within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll do our best to help sort it out.
